Due to the medical and hygiene-sensitive nature of our recovery products, we maintain strict return criteria to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.

1. Return Eligibility and Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition.

• All original packaging must be intact.

• All tags must remain attached.

• Items showing any signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to our support team within 2 days of delivery. Failure to report damage within this 48-hour window may result in the denial of a claim.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Bombshell Booty Pillow covers the cost of return shipping. If your return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for any authorized returns.

6. Refund Processing
